Day 1 – Arrival & Welcome

My Vision

I am highly qualified, with a BTEC Level 5 in Clinical Sport, Soft Tissue Therapy and Remedial Massage Therapy, alongside training as a Somatic Embodiment Practitioner, Registered Exercise Professional, and Biomechanics Coach.

My vision for the retreats is to create a safe, supportive space where people can reconnect with their bodies, move with intention, and experience true, lasting wellbeing through mindful movement, education, and holistic care.

My Passion

I’m a health-forward chef with 3 years experience working in high-end, luxury environments. I aim to blend excellent nutrition with a sense of indulgence and beauty. I love exploring seasonal ingredients to create dishes that are authentic to the location, as well as playing with international fusion.

Changing peoples lives with health and nutrition. With 10 years being a Registered Nurse, I have developed a unique expertise in combining western medicine with natural medicine. My focus relies on rebalancing hormones and improving gut health.

I understand that every person’s journey to wellness is unique, and I take a personalised approach to each client I work with. I believe in the power of nutrition and lifestyle change to address the root cause of health issues and to promote long-term vitality.
