uMovewithEase Programme:
The uMovewithEase programme follows the revolutionary preparation/performance principles. This process is vital to correct the body’s mechanics (known as Intrinsic Biomechanics). We recommend a group size of no larger than 15 for face to face or online to be able to correct and adapt for each individual and give ample attention to each Attendee. This new shift has been intrinsic in our treatments to be able to blend our exercise programs and therapies. These exercises can produce immediate effects for some, while others may notice results over time, but many have already proven them to be fantastic tools to keep in your day-to-day or fitness knowledge kit bag!
kit bag!Each ‘series’ of tri-set flows within the uMovewithEase programme will consist of an anti spasm followed by antagonist and then agonist strength exercises.
